Routine service is attempted between 4-7 business days after receipt depending upon location.
Rush service is attempted between 1-3 business days after receipt depending upon location, time received, and current caseload.
Services on military bases will incur hourly charges to await permission to enter and an escort in addition to the service fee.
Each jail or prison has their own policy for service at their location. Some locations allow direct service upon a prisoner while others require service be left with a jailer or administrator.
Service upon an Indian Reservation must be handled by the tribal police or a person approved by the tribe to trespass.
Discounted rates and bulk pricing is available for larger volume clients.
If you have more than one party/witness being served at the same address, any party/witness that is served on the same attempt as a full price service of process will receive a discount of 1/2 price. Any additional parties/witnesses that can not be served on the same attempt will remain a full price service until completed.
All fees cover five attempts at each address provided with at least one attempt per time block (before 10a, between 10a-6p, after 6p, during the weekend.) unless specific instructions are furnished.
We accept new requests via email, fax, courier service, mail, hand delivery, database upload, Dropbox or client FTP. Database upload and client FTP require an account or contract.
